Shipping & Return Policy

Orders placed before 2pm EST will typically ship same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will typically ship by the end of the next business day.

•         Expedited Delivery (2-3 Business Days) - Pricing identified when purchasing
•         Orders shipped outside of the Continental US (5-7 Business Days) - Pricing identified when purchasing

Return Policy 

For returns please contact sales@greenhausbrands.com to begin the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Returned items must be in unopened and new condition in order to receive a refund. Once received at our distribution center we will inspect the condition of the items and refund the appropriate amount to the payment method that was utilized during checkout.

You will be notified once the refund has been processed.
